Sassy Swaggbling Refund Policy
We appreciate the faith you’ve shown in Sassy Swaggbling and made the purchase.
For your satisfaction, we offer a refund within the first 15 days from the shipping date. However, after the 15 days have elapsed, you cannot avail the refund offer.
Before sending in your product(s) for refund, send us an email at sassyswaggbling@gmail.com, describing the reason for the refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
Here are some of the conditions under which you can avail of the refund offer:
- The returned product should not be washed, damaged, or worn.
- All the tags on the product must be attached exactly as it was upon receiving.
- Your product must be returned in its original packaging.
- You need to submit proof of purchase like a payment receipt.
After we receive the returned product(s), we’ll update you via email. You will get the confirmation for approval or rejection of refund after we’re done with the inspection.
This process can usually take a couple of days to weeks.
Products Exempt from Refund:
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Jewelry
- Hair/head accessories
- Mask
Late Or Missing Refunds
In the scenario where you’ve not received a refund after you’ve received the refund approval notification, you should check your bank account or contact the bank authority.

Shipping
When claiming your refund, don’t send your product(s) back to the manufacturer. Instead, the product(s) must be sent directly to Sassy Swaggbling via mail at the address – 221 Skyline Drive Suite 208 #236, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
You are accountable for ensuring that we receive the product that you want to refund. This includes (but is not limited to) finding the right shipping service and bearing the expense.
Your refund can only be processed after we receive your product(s).
